SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Friday, Oct 11: Early bird day. Come and help with last minute preparation and details. Time to start checking out the cars as they start to arrive. Meet up with old and new members. We will begin to post the "photo contest " pictures in the Hospitality room. Join everyone in Room 140 from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Parking will be provided in the back lot along the grass line and middle isle. You will see when you get there.
Saturday, Oct 12: TVR's start rolling in the morning, get a cup of coffee and
head out to the parking lot for informal gatherings, tech sessions, detailing,
etc. This is a great time to check out cars and speak to the owners in a very
friendly, relaxed, non-show environment. Share your experiences, trials, and
tribulations with others that have done the same. (Sort-of). TVR Car Club's
hospitality room will be open from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM for your use. The
hotel will have an area designated for car washing at noon to take care of the
road grime and last minute detailing.
